Q1) I want to have my xbox 360 flashed. What does the price shown on the website include?
A) The price includes the flashing of the xbox 360, and us sending the console back to you when complete. You will need to send it too us in the first place
Q2) How long does it take? What is the turnaround time to flash my xbox 360?
A) If we receive your console before 12 noon on any given business day, the console will have the work carried out on it, and will be dispatched back too you the very same day by 24 hour DHL courier. (Excludes RROD repairs, as we 12 hour test them)
Q3) How do I get my xbox 360 flashed?
A) Simply select the service from our website, and checkout with Paypal. Once payment has been made, you will receive an email with instructions on sending the console too us. Please include a copy of the invoice so we know which work to carry out, and where to return the console/drive too.
Q4) Where are you based?
A) We are based within the heart of Lincolnshire, UK.
Q5) Can I drop off and collect my console/drive in person?
A) If you are local too us, then it is not a problem for you to drop your drive/console off and have it repaired/flashed.
Q6) Where do I ship my console/drive too to be worked on?
A) This information is automatically emailed to you once you have checked out on the website. This is so that we only receive orders that have been paid for.
